Finally got to the Imperial sand dunes the weekend of 4/22/06.  That will be my last trip of the season, but if Coppus hears what I'm screamin' we're going at minimum 6 times next season. 

Here are a few pictures from our trip.  We met our Friend Leroy and some people that he knew, (Dan and Paula.)  This was Dan's first trip to the dunes with his brand new V6 Honda Long Travel suspension sand rail.  The thing was awesome!! 

We had a terrible sand / wind storm on Saturday afternoon where we all retreated to Leroy's toy trailer from about 3:30 in the afternoon till 10:30 at night.  We were drinking beer, eating chips and salsa, and playing scrabble.  It would be hard to beat.....  no seriously, it was pretty damn fun.

Even though the wind slowed us down on Saturday afternoon we got some awesome rides in.  Julie was tearin' it up in Leroy's Honda Pilot.
